Completing your own Wheel of life is a powerful way to help you restore balance in body, mind, and heart bringing a sense of clarity and harmony into your world. This cosy and comforting session will be followed by some delicious and seasonal refreshments to leave you feeling fully and holistically nourished.

Certified senior Positive Psychologist and Coach Priscilla will help you explore 8 key areas of your life. During the hour you will gain deeper self awareness and an understanding of what areas of your life may require more attention and focus.


Food

Alice is a trained cook specialising in vegetarian cuisine. She will serve a variety of savoury and sweet sharing platters to taste. There will also be a delicious special blend of our signature Grounding tea blend.
