Coaching to create change at the conscious level

Coaching is a powerful transformative process that centers on your present circumstances with the intention of creating clarity and elevating self-confidence to unlock your future potential. I will work with you to expand your coping toolbox and dispel the negative beliefs, behaviors, and performance-inhibiting thoughts that might be causing you to feel stuck and unable to progress. By the end of this journey, you will feel empowered to rely on yourself and be your own hero (cape optional).

  • Through positive psychology techniques and CBT strategies, we will work to reframe negative self-talk, build self-compassion and confidence, and develop a more empowering inner dialogue.

  • I will help you identify and challenge beliefs that make it hard for you to set boundaries or delegate, and support you in developing assertiveness and effective communication skills.

  • Using CBT and positive psychology techniques, we will explore and challenge limiting beliefs around failure and success, and create a plan to help you act with courage and achieve your goals.

  • I will help you identify and challenge imposter syndrome, develop a more realistic self-image, and appreciate your accomplishments.

  • Utilising Positive Psychology and CBT strategies you will deepen your self worth, so that you do not feel you have to produce perfect outcomes to feel valued. Instead you replace perfectionism, for progress and implementing strategies to prevent burnout.

  • Together, we will explore the reasons behind your difficulty asking for help or receiving recognition, and work to build a more positive and empowered mindset.

  • I will hand over evidence based tools to help you develop assertiveness and communication skills and to effectively express your ideas and needs in professional settings.

  • Using positive psychology strategies, we will work to identify and activate your intrinsic motivation, cultivate a growth mindset, and develop a plan to achieve your career goals in a way that feels fulfilling and energising. We'll also work on overcoming any obstacles that may be getting in the way of your motivation and progress.

  • I will help you develop stress management and self-care strategies, to spot the early signs of overwhelm or burnout and work with you to identify priorities and set realistic goals.

  • Through CBT and positive psychology techniques, we will address underlying reasons for procrastination and develop strategies to overcome it, build decision-making skills, and develop a growth mindset to move forward from past mistakes.
